Current building project: Dormitories in Karamoja
In Karamoja dormitories are currently being built for the children of our Richard Prean Kindergarten, "because it is impossible to send the kids every evening back to their miserably poor homes. (They sleep on the plain soil ground without a bed or matrace, they are exposed to various insects and any kind of hygiene is missing generally.)", so speaks Maria Prean.
Josef Bitterwolf writes from Karamoja:
"Building supervisor Geoffrey does a really decent job here. After the basement was dug, he is now building the walls and supports. He is now going to take away the small hills in between and fill it all up with Maram. I think that he then can start next week (this week!) to cement the floor plate (if all the material can be delivered timely). It is moving forward!"
Here some pictures that you can see how it looks!
